Who provides my care?
Ultimately it is the person receiving the care, along with their loved ones, who decides who provides their care regardless of funding. Obviously if a person is sourcing privately they get to choose. However, if a person can get help from Social services they are still entitled to choose their own care company and go with the direct payment finance option and top up any difference in cost.
