For most people, the question of care services at home doesn’t arise until suddenly there is a need for some assistance.  Yet, at this time, with daily life being so busy, many people can feel alone with no one on hand to provide advice, assistance or care for them. 

Our aim is to change that way of thinking, making it possible for people, regardless of age, to stay in familiar surroundings with their loved ones and in the comfort of their own home, with the help and support of Brown Clee Care.

From your initial enquiry with us we will endeavour to be responsive and answer any questions you may have. We understand that this maybe your first time in talking to a care provider so we will be on hand to answer any of your questions.

After your first contact with us we will arrange to come and see you and have an initial chat with you about your needs and whether we are right for you.

If you have difficulty communicating or understanding, we can speak to someone you tell us can speak on your behalf or someone that has the legal right to do so

​

Next step is to meet and to have a more in depth talk about your needs, what matters to you and how we can provide care in the way you want

We are very fortunate that we have a Nursing team who provide advice and oversight of our care processes, they also lead on our training program. You can be sure that our staff are well trained and they are also very valued and treated like an extended member of the Brown Clee Family, this means we have a very loyal, caring and committed workforce!
